KlenTaq1

KlenTaq1 is available for purchase on our site. The number 1 is indicative of a hot start. Considered a klenlow fragment analog of Taq DNA Polymerase mix, it is affordable, and remains a superior DNA polymerase. It's absent of the N terminal, which displays similarities from the Hoffman LaRoche Stoffel fragment.

It should be stored at -20°C with the buffer being stored at 4°C. Even though it functions well under many circumstances, the buffer that is delivered with the order should be used.

Affordable at eight cents a unit, Klentaq1 is ideal for budget constrictions at universities and other grant funded projects.

If further technical information is required that cannot be located on our site, we encourage you to contact our company directly so that we can provide technical assistance.

DNA Modifying Enzymes

With literally hundreds of DNA modifiers available, it is crucial that each is available in the purest form. By modifying the helix sections, the acids that carry the information can duplicate its own templates, millions of times if necessary.

The ligase used for any particular application is usually determined by time considerations, reaction buffers and whether heat will activate.

Variations are available through AB Bioscience and if there is a particular enzyme or ligase combination that you don't see on our website, please contact our customer service for further assistance. We can provide assistance with the DNA modifying enzymes.

DNA Ligase, single stranded proteins and other cloning and mutant genesis are all available at our wholesale prices.

With Taq DNA Lisage, when used in LCR and LDR, two probes meeting with the terminal base can be joined via ligase. The reaction can be cycled and ligation amped.

As mentioned previously, the modifiers vary and are available through our company. Please contact our customer service department for any specifics associated with these DNA modifying enzymes.

Large Scale Peptides

Large scale peptides contain various compounds, both natural and synthetic, that feature at least two amino acids. Copper peptides are best used for skin rejuvenation efforts, wound healing and repairing of damaged skin cells. Peptides, which are short polymers, and polypeptides, displayed as long polymers, each have significant properties.

Purity is an important factor and requirements vary depending on applications. As a rule anything above 85% is acceptable; however, the purity can be strengthened via HPLC.

Storage considerations are important and as a rule, large scale peptides can be stored long term at temperatures of -20°C.

It is important to provide the purity level you require, the sequence and the quantities to our customer service department when you place your order. We are available to answer any technical or customer service questions you may have.

Thermo Stable DNA Polymerase

With its first publication in the mid 1970s, thermo stable DNA polymerase has evolved into a well-known and varied use enzyme. Further, it is a multi-million dollar industry. AB Bioscience, LLC has an inventory of these enzymes, as well as several of the variations. Despite claims of error rates, many labs experience successful studies with very low error percentages. Of particular interest, and certainly worth mentioning, is the Pfu polymerase. It has been cited as displaying the lowest error rates. Still, many scientists insist its benefits far outweigh the small risks of errors.

With rigid quality control efforts, AB Bioscience, LLC offers an extremely pure enzyme. Our wholesale rates help economically provide these enzymes as well as our entire inventory to those working within budgets that are accountable to educational facilities or grant administrators.

As we continue to make new revelations each day on DNA, cloning and other significant advances, the need for the purest of enzymes, and certainly thermo stable DNA polymerase and other peptides will only keep pace with the technological advances. With new discoveries to improve the lives of all of us - from skin care and infertility to cures for cancers, HIV and other genetic and viral disorders, the need for these discoveries are vital to the human race.

Taq Polymerase

Science Magazine's prestigious recognition of the "Molecule of the Year," Taq polymerase eliminates new enzymes from being introduced during a thermocycling process. In 1993, its inventor, Kary Mullis, received a Nobel Prize for his research in Taq polymerase. This procedure has expanded its approved research uses. It is now common in clinical tests as well as forensic sciences. Recently, the promising results of a collective effort between scientists and those in the medical field have revealed a potential for a new weapon in the direct detection of the HIV virus.
